 It should be the Walmart model to make things at a low cost. You do all the things end to end. After that, the ability to train younger team members to produce similar output at scale at low cost. That brings the ability to train people over screen share videos. That reduces childish queries from them, and handling advanced-level queries is fun.

Attention to detail demands doing things hands-on initially. Documenting the workflow, whether it worked or it didn’t work. When a working workflow is repeatable twice or thrice, enter it as an approved workflow and share it among colleagues.

I don't believe Jack of All Traits & Master of Nothing.

It is counterintuitive that 20% of efforts will bring 80% results. Since it suggests not putting an effort when you expect 20% optimization. However, when you optimize deeply, the degree of optimization could be higher, just like it demands less effort loss of 5 KG when you are 70 Kg than when you are 45.

When you focus on maximizing learning, which is not failing fast but learning fast, and keep doing that for many years, you end up mastering many things, if not all.

To be low-cost, you must follow the Walmart model and try to be complete, mastering many things and not just one

"Mastering these many things" can be broadly broken into three categories:

Base Layer

Non-marketing specific subjects are used throughout the following two layers.

Marketing Foundation:

The marketing subjects you should know that are used in any customer acquisition channel you use. E.g., ad copywriting, value proposition, persuasive writing, educational writing, landing pag es, etc.

Channel Expertise

This is the layer where you can't master everything. But you need to master many to serve SMEs at a low cost.

Worst Scenario.

In one month’s notice, we can depart, so the engagement is heavily de-risked. Every month, you see if your investment has progressed and has enough ROI. If not, we can decide to depart with a month’s notice. So it’s too much to lose.
