How to do Time delayed Retargeting?

I take you through the tactic of time delayed retargeting. I came to know about this five years ago. I will take you through, through the which blog post I came to know of this and I implement you at it and I found good result.

In fact, some of my clients, even when I met them, they said they were, you know, e-learning company and they were spending a lot on advertisement and I remember the owner said, hey Sudip you are doing very well. Very good marketing. Right? Because he had visited our site once and thereafter we were constantly following through advertisement. Now, I didn’t wanted to show the same ad again and again for about 90 days then people will get bored and it’s like, uhh, the branding gets hampered. You know? So, I wanted to create a positive thought and I wanted that the brand, the advertisement changes every 7 days.

Right? On to first day, somebody visited my website or your website, you want that first 7 days, they see a different ad.

8th day to 14th day, they see another different advertisement. Right? 15th to 21st day, they see a different creative, a different slogan.

Right? And that is how it is changing, you can target it for 90 days. Right? Now, you know, how to create but for in order to implement this, you first have to create the audiences in that form.

So, today I will take you through that, how you know you will go to tools and there you will go to audiences.

I say it to be, how do you name it is that, website visitors for, uhh, you know, you can, say we are targeting 90 days, then 90 minus, I want it to be 10 days gap, rather than 7 days, 80 days.

If you are targeting 30 days window and you want to show them different advertisement for, if you are targeting 15 days window and if you want to show them different advertisement every day, right, display advertisement every day.

By the way, you know that a visitor, when he visits your website and if you are doing marketing through display advertisement, that means whenever the visitor is at searching or is yours on the web, on any third party website, then Google will be, will be showing display banners.

So if you have 15 days and you want, you can have 15 days here. 15 days, and here you will have 14 days.

This is generally if you have a pricing page and you have a some page which indicates that it is an hot intent, then you can give that URL here.

You can give that page URL here exactly that, uhh, you know, starts with or equals. You give that URL here and there you can mention that.

You can go that targeting, that for 15 days I want to show them a video. Every day a new creative and a new reason to work with us.

You can also use it that way, right? Ads are not set it and forget it. It takes effort in setting it.

So not only set it, forget it. It takes effort in setting it and you need to do this, right? There is no shortcut to it.
