You know, this is one of the common queries that we get, you know, when people ask that what should be my ad budget, what is that Google ad budget, which I should have, so many a time initially I didn’t had an answer of that, I was taking a number.
And proposing a number on an ad hoc level, basically I was seeing my other small businesses, what their budget was and I was, I used to suggest according to that.
I was reading this blog as I was researching on this. How to calculate a budget for Google Ads and all this.
This is right. Alright, I want to have a simple answer to this. I find that it’s a lot deeper into this.
My simple answer is that the budget should be so much as to accommodate 25 to 30 clicks per day. And you can go to Google and when you all know, everybody knows that where to search to get the cost of your keywords.
So you can have a list of keywords which you are targeting and you can find out their cost. And everybody of you know, right, it is in the keyword planner.
You go to the tools and you will, you. Use this and you will get here. And there you give the keyword and you will get their cost.
I think I, yeah, you get something like this. Alright, no. So, yes, so you can go, you can. Give her the keyword, and you will get it, right?
So, take that cost. It is, you can take that cost for your approximation and you need 25 to 30. Multiply that cost into 25 to 30.
That is the amount of budget that you need daily. Multiply that into 30. That’s the monthly budget that you need.
Some industry, I have seen the cost of clicking. It is very cheaper. Other industries, it’s expensive. So based on your industry, based on your target keyword, the budget will develop.
So that’s my answer to this, you know. How do you calculate a budget for Google Ads? If you want to hypothesise how it is in the U.S.
And all, you can read this out. But I think this is a very practical and easy way to determine the budget.
You can target 2 to 3 keywords and seed keywords, and you can make this budget based on that. Thank you.
